FAQ’s for UG Entrance Examination

Registration related

Anyone who has completed 12th Std examination either passed or appeared.
You may visit npat.nmims.edu/ nmimsnpat.in website to register.
There are 3 categories – NPAT / NMIMS CET/ NMIMS LAT.
The examination will be held at the specified Test centers only. In case of any exigency NMIMS will review.
There is a common form in which the candidate can choose multiple examinations.
Candidate can take 1 main and 2 retakes for each of the examination category.
Maximum 5 preferences can be given by the candidate.
Candidate can add the School preferences till the time he/she has attempted the main examination.
Fee will be mentioned in the offer letter.
On submission of registration form candidate will receive a mail on their registered email id which will mention the candidates registration number.
The merit list will be declared after the examinations. Candidate can login and check their result.

Selection Process

The best score out of all the attempts in each category will be considered for Merit list generation.
The candidate can wait for the subsequent merit list or request for any other Program/Campus change.
Candidate has to accept the offer. Fill and submit the admission form, upload the documents and pay the admission fees.
Candidate can request for change of program option on the dashboard. The NMIMS team will review and do the needful.
If the candidate submits the admission form for another program, he/she will get deregistered from the previous program and the fees will be adjusted. The system will ask the candidate to pay the difference.
